Prior to creating his own company in 2003, Balthazar Seydoux spent five years with Russell Reynolds Associates in Paris, delivering executive research in many European countries.
Balthazar started his career at a Pechiney subsidiary as a financial controller in Paris.
He graduated from Paris Descartes University with a master in Business Law (DESS).
Balthazar ran 6 marathons and completed a half Ironman. Known for his leadership, Balthazar is always positive and never gives up.
